Glossy Hub PTY LTD is committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of our customers. We proudly offer shipping services. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
Provided the products you purchased are in stock, orders received Monday through Friday, are generally processed within 24 hours.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will begin processing the following business day. Once an order is processed, the shipping method you chose will determine when you receive your order. Shipping times are approximate and should be calculated from the time you receive shipment notification and not from the time you place your order.
Please note due to Covid-19, Australia Post is experiencing some delays, we highly suggest choosing express post to guarantee your orders are received within 3 business days.
Glossy Hub PTY LTD ships Australia wide and New Zealand
Glossy artistry offers FLAT RATE shipping services as follows:
Standard shipping will take 3-5 business days at a flat rate of $10
Express shipping will take 1-2 business days at a flat rate of $15.
International (New Zealand)
International Post Express will take approx. 6 business days at a flat rate of $40
Free standard domestic shipping for any amounts spent over $400.
Free express domestic shipping for any amount spent over $450
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. If incorrect shipping address is provided by customer, order will be returned to glossy lash and customer must pay a $15 restocking fee and fees to re-ship the order.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. Glossy Hub PTY LTD does its best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Glossy Hub PTY LTD does not take on any responsibility and/or liability of a lost or stolen order once delivered and confirmed delivered by tracking.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Glossy Hub PTY LTD uses AUSPOST courier to transport all orders(except Glossy Glow). Australia Post will exercise due care and skill in supplying its services. However, the nature of postal services is such that circumstances may impact on the successful delivery of articles.
Claim process for orders damaged in transit:
In the event that your order arrives damaged, we ask that you take detailed photos of the product/order in the condition which you received it in.
Take the parcel back to Australia post, speak to an authorised AUSPOST representative and complete a claim form for the damages accompanied by necessary transit damage evidence.
Once the claim has been successfully submitted, Glossy Hub PTY LTD will compensate the customer for the damaged order appropriately.
*Note: When making any claim for compensation you must comply with any Australia Post claim investigation process and any reasonable requests.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Glossy Hub PTY LTD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the purchaser (tariffs, taxes, etc).
Glossy Hub PTY LTD has tried to display the products as accurately as possible (colour and images), cannot guarantee computer monitor display of colour is accurate.
Based on the foregoing Glossy Hub PTY LTD indicates that:
All sales are final. No exchanges or returns for change of mind.
Manufacturing defect, will allow for exchange or refund. Please keep in mind we are not responsible for retention/or lash application related issues, they are not classified as manufacturing/product defects.
For refunds and exchanges due to manufacturing defects, item must be returned in original packaging and original condition within 7 working days.
A $15 restocking fee will apply
Item must be sent back with tracking number.
Refund/exchange processing time frame 2-10 working days of receiving returned item.
GLOSSY GLOW RETURN
Glossy Glow defect must be returned in original shipment packaging, Glossy Hub PTY LTD will not accept glossy glow repairs under ANY OTHER circumstances. Drop off is available if the original box has been discarded.
All sales are final. Preorders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
This Shipping and Return Policy shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without reference to its conflict of law provisions, and the obligations, rights and remedies of the parties hereunder shall be determined in accordance with such laws.
